Return Policy.

General

Please contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. After being returned, a product will be evaluated to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

Time Frame

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or otherwise defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. The delivery will be rerouted to the correct location once our customer service team has confirmed an updated address. If you fail to submit an adequate delivery address within 30 days, the product will be repurposed.

Unclaimed Shipments

Unclaimed shipments are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. If the product remains unclaimed after 30 days it will be repurposed.
